Table at the Conference
Community Tables
Non-profits and community organizations are welcome to have a table display at the conference! If you are interested in tabling, please complete the form below by Friday, February 27, 2026 for review by the planning committee.
The cost for a 4-foot table is $180 and includes two in-person tickets for the people who will be present at your table. You are not required to staff the table at all times, and are welcome to attend conference sessions as you like. The table and chairs will be provided, and you will share an 8-foot table with another organization. Purchasing a table will also offer you a virtual exhibit on our conference platform Whova. If you would like to table but cost is a barrier, please email Rachel at rgreim@orpca.org.
The planning committee will review all submissions and will reach out to you with information on how to purchase your table if your request is approved.
Commercial Entity Displays
Commercial entities are welcome, with committee approval, to have a table display at the conference! Commercial displays cost $1,250 per 8-foot table and include two tickets. If you are interested in purchasing a commercial display, please email Rachel at rgreim@orpca.org.
Please note that representatives from commercial entities will not be permitted to attend all sessions. Information on specific sessions you may attend will be provided in advance.
If you are interested in providing an amount not listed, please contact us and we will create a sponsorship package for you.
If you are unable to attend the conference but would still like to sponsor, the tickets provided with your sponsorship package can be donated to students or others who are attending the conference on scholarship.
This event is hosted by Black & Beyond the Binary Collective, a 501(c)(3) organization. A portion of all contributions will be tax-deductible. Additional donations are welcome.
