Commercial Exhibitors

Commercial entities are welcome, with committee approval, to have a table display at the conference! Commercial displays cost $1,500 per 8-foot table and include two tickets. If you are interested in purchasing a commercial display, please email Rachel at rgreim@orpca.org.

Please note that representatives from commercial entities will not be permitted to attend all sessions. Information on specific sessions you may attend will be provided in advance.

100% of registration fees are being collected by Black and Beyond the Binary Collective to offset the material costs of the event.  Collaborating organizations do not receive any of the proceeds of this event.
