The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP):
The AAFP has reviewed 2026 2SLGBTQ+ Meaningful Care Conference and deemed it acceptable for up to 6.50 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 03/31/2026 to 03/31/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

NASW (social service providers): $60
AAFP (healthcare providers): $100
Individually-Funded Registration
For community members or individuals whose registration is not covered by their employers.
NASW (social service providers): $45
AAFP (healthcare providers): $75
