Continuing Education Credits
The conference planning committee will submit applications to be accredited by the following institutions:
National Association of Social Workers - Oregon Chapter
The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP)
If there are other CEUs you would like to see at the conference, please email Rachel at rgreim@orpca.org no later than January 15, 2026, and the planning committee will consider your suggestion.
Note for registration: There are additional fees related to continuing education. You only need to purchase one certificate (not one per credit hour). We will send the certificate to you via email and you will fill in the hours you are claiming. Please direct questions about this to Rachel at rgreim@orpca.org.
Continuing Education Costs
Employer-Sponsored Registration
For those whose registration costs are being covered by their employers.
NASW (social service providers): $60
AAFP (healthcare providers): $100
Individually-Funded Registration
For community members or individuals whose registration is not covered by their employers.
NASW (social service providers): $45
AAFP (healthcare providers): $75
If your employer covered the cost of your registration and you need to purchase CEUs separately, click here. Please only complete this form once you have already registered for the conference, and please ensure you enter the same email address you used to register for the conference.
